Australian sea cucumbers produced in Australia's northeast coast by the island of New Guinea, Solomon Islands, New Britain Island in the South Pacific island surrounded by the original ecology deep sea, because of thick flesh, showing the bare shape after cooked and peeled, therefore also called Bald Senate. Australian sea cucumber's protein content as high as 55% or more, 18 amino acids, taurine, chondroitin sulfate, sea cucumber body there are precious Holothurin, also known as brain gold, have a good effect on promoting brain development. It is worth mentioning that Australia sea cucumber is the world's few high-protein, low fat, low sugar, no cholesterol of dietary supplements.

澳洲海参产自澳大利亚东北海岸由新几内亚岛、所罗门群岛、新大不列颠岛等南太平洋海岛围成的原生态深海海域,因其肉质厚,经煮熟去皮后呈光秃状,故又称秃参。澳洲海参体内蛋白质含量高达55%以上,18种氨基酸,牛黄酸,硫酸软骨素,海参体中还有珍贵的海参素,也叫脑黄金,对促进大脑发育有很好的效果。值得一提的是,是世界上少有的高蛋白,低脂肪,低糖,无胆固醇的营养保健品。

▲STORAGE/储藏方式:

Please store in a dry, shady and cool place. Must be store in frozen after sea cucumber soaked completely.

请存放于干燥阴凉处或冷藏。若泡发完整后必须冷冻储存。

▲DIRECTIONS/食用方法:

1. 将海参以清水浸发约三至四天左右(视乎大小而定),每天必须要换清水一次或以上。

2. 放入沸水内煲煮约20分钟,熄火盖上煲盖焗至水冷,若体积较大可重复以上的步骤一至两次,直至海参柔软为止。

3. 取出海参,剪开参肚,并顺着内壁推出肠脏以及去除杂质,以清水洗净后(按烹调需要)待用。

4. 然后以加有姜、葱及酒的热水内煲约5分钟,便可进行烹调,如未即时烹调须放入雪柜冰格(-18℃或以下)储存备用。3

附注:A.海参肚内或可能藏有少量幼沙

            B.浸发海参时留意用品必须无油腻。水中不应加盐,去肠脏时也不可碰破腹膜,否则烹制时容易散烂。

 

WARM TIP/温情小提示:Due to the Australian sea cucumber is pure natural wild sea cucumber,  adopt the pale drying process, without adding any chemical composition and plant ash deposit system and process are strictly forbidden to have oil and contain more alkaline water, avoid to influence the result of soak.
